How to connect your AI to Instruware

Pick your platform and follow the steps.

Open Settings, then Connectors.

Choose "Add custom connector", name it Instruware and paste the server URL.

In a new chat, turn Instruware on from the tools menu and ask for the workflow you need.

Open Claude connectors

Custom connectors depend on your Claude plan.

Run this in your terminal:

claude mcp add --transport http instruware https://www.instruware.com/mcp

Then type /mcp to check it's connected. Workflows show up as commands, for example /mcp__instruware__know-your-site.

Paste this into Settings, Personalization, Custom instructions (or a Project's instructions):

When I ask for SEO work, find the matching workflow at https://www.instruware.com/llms.txt, open its Markdown version and follow its instructions step by step.

Then just ask

Ask your AI for the SEO job you need, for example "Use Instruware to review my site's SEO", and it picks the right workflow. You can also ask it to show you the workflows available.

What Instruware sees

Your name and email, for your enrollment number, and which workflow your AI asks for. It never receives your site, your files or your data: your AI processes them inside your own account.
